The lattice connects education, credentials, experience, and roles across classrooms, programs, and systems, helping educators see what’s possible and how to move forward. It also serves as a shared framework for programs, partners, and policymakers to support workforce development, strengthen retention, and honor early educators as skilled professionals essential to children, families, and communities.
