Overview
F8M is committed to equipping Early Care & Education providers serving children 0-8 with innovative tools and strategies to meet the needs of young children in our community. As part of this ongoing training series, participants will learn strategies for addressing challenging behaviors while fostering inclusive and positive learning environments.
Commitment
7 ECE training session - 1.5 hours every 6 weeks
7 cohort coaching session - 1 hour every 6 weeks
*Totaling 17.5 hours of professional learning
Primary Location: Benjamin L. Hooks Library (3030 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38111)
Time:
Training Sessions: 5 - 6:30pm (mandatory in person attendance)
Cohort Coaching Sessions: 5 - 6pm (hybrid schedule)
Compensation
Providers must commit to the full 10-month cohort series to participate. Payments will be issued at the end of each semester. Stipend payments:
$100 for each training
$50 coaching session
